"Border to Border" is a non-profit 501C{3} corporation that was organized in the fall of 2000
to raise funds for pediatric HIV / AIDS research through adventure bicycle rides.
Border to Border (B2B) was founded by Joel Fritz, to fulfill a promise to a close family relative, who has been diagnosed as HIV-positive. They decided to focus their efforts on children because children do not have a voice in the effort to find a cure for AIDS. They are innocent; their only high-risk behavior is being born. Joel, a Colorado native and long-time Vail resident, continues to head B2B and be a voice for these children.
"The goal is to raise $100,000. $100,000 would fund a study to investigate the long-term effect of HIV drugs on children."
NEW!!! - Border to Border is currently putting together great non-cycling events in order to include everyone that would like to help with the cause. Stay tuned for more information on these great outings!
